SHIPPING POLICY

At The Spirit of Wicks llc, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We offer various shipping methods and ensure secure packaging to deliver your products safely.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Spirit of Wicks llc. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days for an exchange or refund. Please make sure the item is in new and unused condition.

To initiate a return, simply email us at thespiritofwicks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely package your item and mail it to the provided address. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping charges. For defective or damaged products, please contact us for assistance.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
